Ordering and payment
Review the product description, selected option, dimensions, quantity and any instructions before ordering. Supply accurate contact, billing and delivery information.
The USD checkout total shows goods, applicable discounts, shipping and any tax collected before payment. Choose from the payment methods displayed in checkout.
If an availability or material listing error affects an order, we will contact you about an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. We do not change an agreed order price or substitute a materially different item without your agreement. Our Payment Terms & Billing Policy explains payment questions.
Processing and delivery
We currently serve eligible addresses in our United States shipping zone. Allow 3–5 business days after order and payment confirmation for processing.
Fast shipping: USD $3.99 per order, with 5–8 business days in transit.
Free Shipping: USD $0 per order, with 7–15 business days in transit and no minimum order value.
Transit begins after dispatch and is additional to processing. Total estimates are 8–13 or 10–20 business days respectively. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable United States public holidays.

Cancellation
For eligible unfulfilled items, submit a cancellation request within 15 minutes after ordering. We use the time the request reaches us and review fulfillment status; submission is not confirmation.
Later requests are assisted where a change remains possible. Shipped goods follow the applicable return process.
Returns and refunds
Eligible return requests may be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. We provide a prepaid return label with USD $0 restocking and return handling fees.
Send an approved return within 14 calendar days after receiving both label and instructions.
We inspect the return and notify you of the decision within 3 business days after receipt. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 2 business days after approval; the provider may then need additional posting time.

Consumer rights and updates
Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot be waived by law. Policy changes apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to existing orders.
