Seller and currency
phimhubx is operated by Bryana Kaiser. Our store currency is United States dollars (USD). Review the currency and total displayed at checkout before paying. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion or transaction charges.
Available payment methods
Choose from the methods actually displayed for your checkout. Availability can depend on the destination, device and payment provider. Payment details are processed through Shopify checkout and the payment service selected. Do not email full card details, security codes or passwords to us.
Prices and charges
The checkout summary shows the selected goods, applicable discounts, shipping charge and any tax collected before payment. We do not add an undisclosed handling fee after checkout. Promotional eligibility and any restrictions are shown with the relevant offer. Review the discount in the order summary before completing payment.
Authorization and payment confirmation
A provider may authorize or reserve funds before a transaction is completed. An authorization is not necessarily a final charge. Order confirmation, payment confirmation and dispatch are separate events.
If a payment or availability issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you about the options; we will not collect an additional amount without your agreement.
Failed, duplicate or incorrect payments
If payment appears to fail, check for an order confirmation and your provider's transaction status before trying again. Contact us if you suspect a duplicate or incorrect charge.
Include the order number, date, amount and a description of the issue, without sending card security credentials. A pending authorization may be released by the provider rather than processed as a refund.
Cancellations and refunds
For eligible unfulfilled items, request cancellation within 15 minutes after ordering. We assess when the request reaches us and the fulfillment status; a request does not itself confirm cancellation.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. For returned goods, inspection and notification take place within 3 business days after receipt; an approved refund is initiated within 2 business days after approval. Your bank or provider may then need additional time to post it.
